Following on from news item: There was a Re-boxing prior to another Unboxing....
I was looking on the inside of what I thought was the computer I'd purchased. I was thinking about upgrade paths some more. Isn't it nice to have the machine in front of you just to be able to gently tug the wires to see where they run and dream about what can be achieved with me Precious? I mean my Precision, not me Precious.
If you look at the photograph in the following ebay correspondence you can see that there's a shroud covering memory on the right of the CPU, but there's one missing shroud on the left. By chance, I also had my eye on another computer listed by the seller.
I really should update my website more often, because the following correspondence with the seller was on the 2nd of July:

It wasn't possible for me to open the computer up at the time of these messages, and the only photographs I had of its inside were now transferred from my mobile phone to the unboxing article on my website.
Reminder to self: I like how my website uses nice, clean URLs (slugs) like "latest-computer." I remember setting this up, but I don't remember how. Always, always document, even if it is only a hobbyist thing I'm doing!
What you may notice in the correspondence is how responsive the seller was, although one reply wasn't helpful. I responded, when Steve refused to look at the Internet, with a screenshot of my website taken on my mobile phone.
I parcelled up the computer that night and it was collected the next day as we had agreed. The seller couldn't coordinate delivery for the next day. But, the correct computer was delivered, as arranged, when I was next at home. That timely delivery meant that I didn't mind waiting a bit longer for the delivery, or even being messaged a tracking number that needed to be fixed by the seller. Overall, a simple process, a few messages to correctly organise collection and delivery.
Here's some more photographs, including memory temporarily pulled from the Dell Precision T3610 (when I assumed it was the T5810). They may be useful to someone, or myself, one day:
